DELIVERY TIME - UK
The shipping cost of your purchases within the UK varies according to your location and the chosen shipping method. During the checkout process, you can enter your postcode and check the available shipping options for your area.
Currently, our shipping categories for the UK are:
- Tracked Shipping: Delivery within 7 workable days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 5 workable days.
Please note that these delivery times begin to count after the order is dispatched. However, during peak seasons such as Christmas and Black Friday, delivery times may vary. The specific delivery time is indicated based on your postcode.
Before being shipped, each of our products undergoes strict quality control to ensure that you receive your product in perfect condition. Additionally, our shipments within the UK are exempt from postal fees.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT
You can track your product from the moment it is shipped until it arrives at your home.
Within 2 - 5 days after the purchase confirmation, you will receive an email containing your tracking code, which you can monitor directly on our website.
FREE EXCHANGES AND RESEND
If the product is delivered with damages or defects, please contact us by email, providing your order number along with a photo or video of the product showing the defect.
Your order will be resent at no additional cost if it meets one of the criteria below:
Defective item - product damaged/broken upon arrival. Wrong item - wrong product, color, style, etc.
CHANGES AND DELIVERY
All purchases made on our website will be shipped via a carrier and delivered by the postal service through a trackable service.
According to the postal service's delivery policy, the package may be delivered to third parties such as doormen and others present at the address provided at the time of purchase.
It is not possible to schedule a delivery time for the package, nor change the delivery address after dispatch. These services are not yet available.
In case of abnormalities in the delivery by the postal service, Basiqe will formally contact the postal service, and they have up to 5 business days to respond regarding the delivery status. Please note that the postal service may alter delivery times without prior notice, and while we cannot interfere, we guarantee to explore alternatives to ensure your delivery occurs as quickly as possible.
RETURNS
You can request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it (in its original packaging) and, for reasons of hygiene, must not have been used.
To return your order, send us an email within 7 days after receiving the product, informing us of your order number and the reason for the return.
Never send your purchase back to the sender without contacting us first. Basiqe will generate a return label and send it to you.
To receive your return label, simply contact us by email (contac@basiqe.co) within 7 calendar days after receiving the product. We will respond to your email and send the return label to you. Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.
After receiving the label, you have up to 5 calendar days to go to any post office to make the return. If the return deadline is missed, no further requests for product returns will be accepted.
Kits or packs are purchases of a set of products with a price benefit; as such, they cannot be returned separately. The return of only part of the set is not allowed.
Items purchased on the Basiqe website between November 14, 2022, and November 30, 2022, can be returned until January 9, 2023 - or within 7 days after delivery, whichever provides the longer return period. Please note that all other terms of Basiqe's Refund and Return Policy will continue to apply to the items purchased. All purchases made after November 30, 2022, are subject to the standard return policy.
OTHER EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Products with signs of use
- Misplaced packaging and opened seals
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery
- "Non-Delivery" or "Refusal" of the order's delivery by the customer, resulting in the item's return to the sender.
While we make every effort to validate address details at the time of shipping, it is essential that the customer enters correct shipping details during the checkout process.
If you have noticed that you entered the incorrect or incomplete address when placing the order, kindly contact us immediately to avoid delivery problems.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Often, there is processing time before a refund is posted to your statement or invoice. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contac@basiqe.co
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contac@basiqe.co.
